Primarily, our call centres offer inbound support of repair processes. Through our call centres, customers may place repair orders, receive information regarding repairs in progress, and/or regarding other offered services. Calls are monitored regularly in order to ensure and further improve quality.
We offer call centre services that operate on a direct independent basis as well as interconnection from a partner call centre. Currently, our call centres operate in English, German, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Italian; we plan to introduce more European languages in the course of 2008.
