Our company provides the service of HP products in the Czech Republic under the contract with the Hewlett-Packard s.r.o.
We offer guarantee and out-of-guarantee repairs of printers, PC, notebooks, digital cameras and all other commercial HP products all around the Czech Republic.
We use a custom reception and a Service-point program for the collection of the defected equipment. Regarding to the long-time practice we can cover 90% of repairs within 3 working days. After the prospective deal and certification of duplicates we can also make some repairs on a spot.

- before sending equipment for repair, back up data, because it could be lost.
- we don’t assign numbers of orders in advance
- we will inform you when the repair is done
- repaired out of warranty orders are sent by DPD delivery
