Call centre MiO
Especially our call centres offer the inbound support of repairing processes. Through our call centres, the customers can order their repairs, receive information regarding their repair process, and/or other offered services. Calls are monitored regularly in order to follow and improve their quality.
We offer call centre services that operate on a direct independent basis as well as the interconnection from a partner call centre. Currently, our call centres operate in English, German and Czech.
